Surface substance dispensers
The dispenser is a volumetric device, allowing dosing of liquid substances in the range of 20 to 150 ml. The device is equipped with a nozzle with the appropriate stream characteristic, allowing the liquid to be sprayed onto the desired surface. The dispenser nozzle is mounted on a stand.
The dispenser consists of the following components:
Product tank
The tank is intended for delivering the product to the pump. It is made of AISI 304 stainless steel. The tank, along with the pump, is mounted on a common stand. The device is equipped with an intermediate tank with a capacity of approximately 80L.
Dosing pump
The dosing pump operates on a volumetric principle. It is equipped with a stainless steel cylinder and a piston with double seals. The pump has a mechanism for dose adjustment with a readable scale. A filter is placed at the pump's suction inlet in the suction circuit. The pump is driven by a pneumatic actuator. The actuator is equipped with a regulator allowing adjustment of the pump's suction and discharge speed.
Dosing head
The spray head consists of a nozzle with a nipple and a supply hose. The nozzle has adjustment for stream characteristic and height position.
Optional equipment for the device:
Tank level sensor with indicator light. Column level indicator of the product. Automatic valve for product refilling, working with the level sensor. Tank cover. Mobile device option. Double dosing function in one cycle (allowing portions up to 300ml). Device construction in ATEX version.
