Automatic volumetric devices
Automatic filling lines can be made in single, double, or triple head versions.
The modular construction of the line allows for flexible expansion and automation of the device. The line is designed to enable quick and repeatable changes in packaging size. A fully trained operator can make changes in approximately 10 minutes without the use of any tools. The filling heads are equipped with a cleaning system. The packaging conveyor is synchronized with the filling head and other line modules regardless of its degree of expansion. Power supply and control can be done pneumatically or electronically. Optionally, the device can be fully automated, with all adjustments made from the operator's panel using an LCD panel. Product delivery to the device can be done directly through hoses connected to production tanks or through intermediate tanks. Machines are made in three volume ranges: up to 1, 5, and 20 L. The portion size is set on the head panel with a manual knob or in a fully automated option from the operator's panel. The filling speed is smoothly adjustable. The devices are designed for packaging all types of liquid products such as paints, varnishes, enamels, oils, and others. All components of the filling head that come into contact with the product are made of stainless steel (AISI 304). The heads are equipped with specialized capillary nozzles.
