Automatic weighing devices
We manufacture weighing filling lines in single or double head versions. The modular construction of the line allows for flexible expansion and automation of the device.
The lines are designed to enable quick and repeatable changes in packaging size. The operator has the ability to change packaging in about 10 minutes without using any tools. The filling heads can have a cleaning system. The packaging transporter is synchronized with the filling head and other line modules regardless of its degree of expansion. Power supply and control can be done pneumatically or electronically. Optionally, the device can be fully automated, with all adjustments made from the operator's panel using an LCD panel. Product supply can be gravity-fed from intermediate tanks located above the heads or by means of a pump unit. Machines are made in three filling ranges: up to 6, 15, and 30 kg. The portion size is set on the device's weighing panel or in a fully automated option from the operator's panel. The heads are designed for packaging all types of liquid products such as paints, varnishes, enamels, oils, and others. All components of the filling head that come into contact with the product are made of stainless steel (AISI 304). The heads are equipped with specialized capillary nozzles. They are also available in ATEX version.
